Scan Appointment
Every project begins with a precise digital floor scan of your boat. This ensures exact measurements and a perfect fit, eliminating guesswork and allowing us to build your SeaDek flooring with accuracy from the start.

Design + Proofs
Using your scan, we create a fully custom SeaDek design tailored to your boat. You’ll receive digital proofs to review, adjust colours, patterns, and logos, and approve the final layout before production begins.

CNC Fabrication
Once approved, your SeaDek is CNC cut for precision and consistency. This process ensures clean edges, exact tolerances, and a premium finished product designed specifically for your boat.

Professional Installation
Our team completes the installation with careful preparation and attention to detail. The result is a clean, secure fit that enhances comfort, traction, and appearance, ready for the water.
